By accessing or using our rewards mobile app “PRIMO-REWARDS”, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

User Accounts

You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Rewards Program

Our App includes a rewards program that allows users to exclusive discounts and deals provided by our partner-merchant. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

By using the PRIMO-REWARDS App, you may submit content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and ratings. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you post on or in connection with the App.

Primo Rewards is not responsible or liable for the quality, standards, or performance of any products or services provided by our partner merchants. We also do not manage or control the hours of operation, availability, or implementation of services by these merchants. Any concerns or issues regarding products, services, or operations should be addressed directly with the respective partner merchant. Primo Rewards solely facilitates access to offers and rewards and does not endorse or guarantee the merchant’s offerings.

Primo Rewards serves solely as a platform that connects users with participating merchants. We do not manage, control, or influence any merchant’s services, product quality, or decisions including declined services or unhonored offers. All offers are non-exchangeable for cash or any form of currency. Primo Rewards does not provide reimbursements for any merchant-related issues.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for any reason, without notice.
